Baby Shower at Nicole's

We had a wonderful time with family and friends at a shower for Baby Salove hosted by our good friends Nicole Molumby and Michelle Gamble. Michelle's 35th!

Chris was such a sweetheart and baked a delicious 3-layer chocolate birthday cake (from scratch!) with chocolate-raspberry frosting. Heavenly! Father-in-law Tom made his famous seafood gumbo - such a treat!

Coeur d'Alene Baby Shower

Mom, Aunt Kathy, Aunt Bobbie and Grandma Sandau hosted a really special luncheon baby shower for us at Grandma's house. It was so great to see everyone there, and we really appreciated the kindness of our wonderful family and friends in helping us prepare for the arrival of baby Salove.

Memorial Day weekend at the Oregon coast

We enjoyed the holiday weekend with Tom, Matt, Sarah and Anna taking in several of the local beaches. Emma enjoyed her first trip to the ocean but needed a nap at the end of the day.
